Unlimited Boot Camp Package

Get unlimited access to our high-energy Boot Camp classes, offered six days a week—designed to build strength, burn fat, and transform your body.

What to Expect in Boot Camp:
Our Boot Camp sessions combine resistance training and cardio-focused workouts:
   •    Resistance Days focus on foundational strength with exercises like squats, rows, push-ups, and more.
   •    Cardio Days target fat loss by helping you maintain an optimal heart rate throughout the workout.

Whether you’re just getting started or looking to level up your fitness, this package gives you the structure, intensity, and support you need to succeed.

 All packages come with a customized meal plan and ongoing nutritional guidance to help you stay on track in and out of the gym.

Standard Boot Camp Package

This package gives you access to three Boot Camp classes per week, perfect for those looking for a consistent, effective training routine without the commitment of unlimited sessions.

What to Expect in Boot Camp:
Each class is a blend of resistance training and cardio-focused workouts to help you build lean muscle, burn fat, and improve overall fitness:
   •    Resistance Training: Focus on the basics—squats, push-ups, rows, core work, and more to increase strength and stability.

This premium package combines the power of small group personal training with the flexibility of our Unlimited Boot Camp access—designed for those serious about sculpting and transforming their body with expert guidance.

   •    Small Group Training – 3 Sessions per Week
   •    Intimate training environment with a maximum of 6 people per session
   •    Focused attention, customized coaching, and a supportive group dynamic
 
What to Expect in Small Group Training:
These sessions prioritize compound lifts using free weights and machines to help you:
   •    Build lean muscle
   •    Improve strength and form
   •    Sculpt and tone your body

Combined with unlimited Boot Camp, this package gives you the perfect mix of structured strength training and high-intensity conditioning to push you past your goals.

Hybrid One-on-One Package

This package is built for clients who want a tailored training experience with the flexibility and support of our full Boot Camp schedule.

What’s Included:
   •    One-on-One Personal Training
   •    Choose from 2x, 3x, or 4x sessions per week
   •    Work directly with a trainer to build a program based on your specific goals and desired physique
   •    Unlimited Boot Camp Access
   •    Includes all Boot Camp classes, Yoga (Saturdays at 12:00 PM), and Boxing (Saturdays at 1:00 PM)

This isn’t your average yoga session. Trap Yoga combines traditional yoga movements with trap music, creating a space that’s uplifting, empowering, and full of energy. Whether you’re looking to improve flexibility, reduce stress, or just vibe out and move, this class is for you.

Whoa Boxing Package

Gloves on, stress off. The Whoa Boxing Package is your monthly pass to sharpen your skills, boost your cardio, and tap into your inner fighter.

What’s Included:
   •    4 Boxing Sessions Per Month
   •    Group class held every Saturday at 1:00 PM
